DDC has received again with recognition!

Duna-Dráva Cement Kft. has won the Prize for Distinguished Social Activity established by VOSZ’ Organisation of Baranya County qualifying the efforts of the determinative economic players operating in the region in the fields of social support and the conservation of social and environmental values.

This year, the Baranya County Organisation of  VOSZ (National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers) announced the competition for the second time, in which – following a pre-qualification process – exclusively civil organisations could poll a vote for 3 companies operating in Baranya County.

The majority of the votes was won by Duna-Dráva Cement Kft; i. e. our company is the proud winner of the Prize for Distinguished Social Activity in 2019. DDC’s social responsibility  efforts concentrates on the health and environment protection, and the support of the mass sports local cultural events. This is why this prize is an important appreciation, a special success and a new confirmation for our company encouraging us to maintain and continue our social responsibility programs.

The prize was presented to Ádám Müller, director of the Beremend facility od DDC and Zoltán Guth, communication manager of DDC by Júlia Varga, president of the Baranya County Organisation of VOSZ and Tamás Zámbori Bíró, secretary of the Baranya County Organisation of VOSZ in the framework of a prize giving ceremony on 11. October.
