“Discovery Green Grove"
The program implemented by Csemeteliget Full-Day Kindergarten aims to nurture environmental awareness in children and thereby raise awareness about and promote the conservation of natural values and the benefits of joint work. This project was supported by a HUF 1.000.000 grant from DDC.
In 2016, Csemeteliget Full-Day Kindergarten won a grant in the framework of the Green Solutions Grant Program of DDC for the second time. The main objective of this project is to create an educational trail that aims to familiarise children with the “everyday wonders of nature” through a series of playful and interactive activities. The green space thus developed will provide an opportunity for kindergarteners to experience the surrounding wildlife using all their senses.
The handover ceremony of the study trail was held on the 15th of June in the presence of representatives of the kindergarten as well as DDC, where Ilona Hanákné Durján Institution Leader and Zoltán Guth the Head of Communication made speech.
