New Finance Director joins DDC's Management Team

As of May 1, 2026, we have opened a new chapter in our financial leadership with the appointment of Zoltán Panik. The decision is aimed at further strengthening the company’s long-term operations and aligns with a strategic direction that places financial stability, business efficiency, and sustainable growth at its core.

Zoltán Panik brings several decades of international leadership experience in the fields of finance and corporate governance. Since 2012, as Chief Financial Officer of ASA Építőipari Kft. (a member of the Consolis Group), he has played a key role in stabilizing financial operations, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. Prior to this, he gained extensive experience within GE GBS’s international organization, where he was involved in managing global financial processes, cross-border operating models, and complex corporate systems.

The appointment comes at a time when, amid an industry environment characterized by energy-intensive operations, changing market conditions, and ongoing supply chain challenges, financial flexibility and agility have become critical success factors. In this dynamic context, the strategic importance of financial leadership is more pronounced than ever within our company.
